If you see an error about D3DCompiler_43.dll when launching a program, it means a required DirectX component is missing from your system. This is fixed by installing or reinstalling DirectX.

Fix: Reinstall DirectX

1

Download the DirectX End-User Runtime installer

Download the official Microsoft DirectX installer:Download DirectX Web Setup
2

Run the installer

Run dxwebsetup.exe and follow the prompts to install the required DirectX components. An internet connection is required during installation.
3

Restart and retry

After installation completes, restart your PC and try launching the loader again.
This error is unrelated to anti-virus or driver issues. It simply means the D3DCompiler_43.dll file is not present on your system, which is resolved by the DirectX installer above.
